Our Policies & Guidelines
We believe in transparency. Please review our terms and conditions to understand how we operate and ensure a smooth experience for everyone.
The applicant agrees to abide by the regulations and policies of Haven Pilates & Co.
All Classes purchased from Haven Pilates & Co. must be preceded by the signed completion of the registration form and Waiver.
All applicants under the age of 18 years must provide written consent by a parent and/or guardian.
Furthermore, all applicants release Haven Pilates & Co., its owners and all Haven Pilates & Co. employees of all liability. This includes loss of property or injury to self.
Liability Waiver
By clicking “I Agree” and/or booking a session, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms:
1. Release of Liability:
The participant agrees to release and hold harmless Haven Pilates & Co., its shareholders, directors, officers, employees, instructors, staff, affiliates, and associates (collectively referred to as “Haven Pilates & Co.”) from any and all liability, damages, costs, expenses, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to participation in Pilates, yoga, boxing, barre, TRX, fitness classes, or any other activities at the studio.
2. Physical and Medical Condition:
The participant confirms they have no physical limitations, injuries, or medical conditions that would prevent them from safely participating in classes. Participation is voluntary and at their own risk. The participant agrees not to hold Haven Pilates & Co. or its staff responsible for any injury, accident, or aggravation of a pre-existing medical condition resulting from participation in any class or activity.
3. Emergency Authorization:
In the event of an emergency, the participant authorizes the staff at Haven Pilates & Co. to act in their best judgment on the participant’s behalf, including seeking medical treatment if necessary.
4. Consultation with a Physician:
It is the participant’s sole responsibility to consult with a physician prior to participating in any classes, particularly if they have pre-existing medical conditions, are pregnant, or are new to exercise. The participant further agrees to inform the staff of any such conditions or concerns prior to participating in any class or activity.
The participant agrees to release Haven Pilates & Co. and its associates from any loss, theft, or damage to their personal property while at the studio or participating in any studio-related activity.
By clicking “I Agree” and/or booking a session, the participant affirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver.
Cancellation Policy:
All class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the start time. Failure to cancel within this window will result in a late cancellation/no-show fee of $20.
Private Class Cancellation Policy:
We request that private sessions be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. If the session is not cancelled within that time frame, full payment will be charged.
Purchase Policy:
By booking and placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted our terms and conditions.
